Barrie Quinn from Portnoo Market Garden will share his journey and insights into sustainable agriculture. Inspired by his time working on a large-scale farm in Australia, Barrie founded Portnoo Market Garden in 2020. His small-scale farm produces high-quality, chemical-free fruit and vegetables for the local area. Through his social media, he inspires others to grow their own food while passionately advocating for regenerative farming — with plenty of humour along the way.
Chef Odhran has curated a menu that perfectly reflects the evening’s Farm to Fork ethos, featuring fresh ingredients from like-minded producers.
It’s set to be a great night of good food and good company — with the chance to meet Barrie, ask questions, and learn more about regenerative farming.
